Richard ist ein 6 Monate altes Baby von Nancy Aktoh. Er ist der Jüngste von 3 Söhnen. Die Familie wurde aus dem absurden Grund vom Vater verlassen, weil Nancy ihm ausschließlich Söhne gebar. Sie lebt nun mit Richard und ihren 2 weiteren Söhnen allein in Kiberia und versucht mit Gelegenheitsjobs ihre Familie zu versorgen.

Upon examination by the nurse realized that the testicles could not be felt on the right side.
She was referred to a pediatrician who recommended an ultra sound of the groin and testicles.
A Samaritan helped with the scan which revealed the right testicle as ectopic while the left as descended.
He needs a surgery that will cost about Ksh 80-100 thousands.
