The Tulisa Foundation Board has three members:
Fritz Oidtmann, born in 1960. After studying economics at the Universities of Bonn and Berkeley, he worked for 12 years as a management consultant with McKinsey, 7 years with OnVista AG which he co-founded.
Since 2006 he is the director of the companies Cyberport GmbH, computeruniverse.net GmbH, Chip Holding GmbH and Burda Digital Commerce GmbH.
Dr. Dirk Englisch, born 1961 in Bonn. After studying economics and medicine, followed by specialist training in Germany, Uganda and Colombia, he worked in various medical assignments in overseas development aid in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
From 2006 to 2011, he was the regional medical advisor for East and South East Africa at the German Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya.
Presently working as the Deputy Head of the Health Service Department of the German Foreign Office in Berlin.
Dr. Robert Jens Petzhold, born 1962 in Halle / Saale. After training as a nurse, he studied medicine in Germany and South Africa, followed by specialist training as an anesthesiologist and further education in tropical medicine and public health.
From 2006 to 2011 he worked for the Red Cross as Regional Health Coordinator for Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya and as Project Coordinator in Ethiopia.
Presently working as anesthetist in Berlin.
