Francis, who lives with his twin brother and their mother under poor conditions in the Kibera slum area of Nairobi, was operated in mid-August and his nasal polyps and pharyngeal tonsils successfully removed.
Before the operation Francis occurred with increasing speech and hearing impairment. As cause was massively enlarged nasal polyps and pharyngeal tonsils diagnosed. Additionally he suffered from recurring infections of the upper respiratory tract.
Thanks to your support the surgery was conducted. Recurring infections and sleeping disorder are a thing of the past. Especially the regained ability to hear properly enables him to attend the Primary School which starts this summer.
Thank you very much all donors!
